OUR PROCESS
We understand the process of building websites and mobile applications through our expertise and produce award winning solutions that become popular and make our clients achieve their goals and values.
QUOTE
When the client approaches astramint, we provide them with a quote for the work. The quote will not be an accurate estimate but a range. This helps customers to first plan their finances and check whether the project will be economical for them.
ANALYSIS
Astramint will work with the client to do a thorough analysis of the requirement. We communicate through video chat, emails and direct one to one. During this phase we provide them wireframes and requirements document.
PLANNING & ESTIMATE
Based on the requirements we provide them estimate of how much exactly the project will cost the client. During this phase we work with the client to adjust the estimate by identifying key requirements and launch phases of the Project. If the project requires to be launched in stages, then we work with the client in identifying the requirements for each phase.
DESIGN
During design we create actual mockups of the application using graphics application (for mobile) and html wireframes for web projects. This design helps the client to get a feel of the actual end product. All usability issues are thorough reviewed and anaylzed and required changes are made to the design.
DEVELOPMENT
Development will start once the client sign offs the design documents. Only then we start the work and show progress as we build the product. Clients gets access to test sites or application during the phase so they can review and see the progress. Once the work is completed, we do a user acceptance testing with the client to confirm the project is developed according to the requirements and design.
SUPPORT
Support is provided after launch of the product. We work with client to resolve any issues or changes that are required.
OUR METHODOLOGIES

Waterfall
The waterfall model is a sequential development approach, in which development is seen as flowing steadily downwards (like a waterfall) through several phases, typically – Requirement analysis, Design, Implementation, Testing, Deployment and Maintenance
Agile
Agile methodology is an alternative to traditional project management, typically used in software development. It helps teams respond to unpredictability through incremental, iterative work cadences, known as sprints. Agile methodologies are an alternative to waterfall, or traditional sequential development.
Prototype
Software prototyping is the development approach of activities during software development, the creation of prototypes, i.e., incomplete versions of the program being developed to provide proof of concept to the client.
